Wholesale purchases are not supplied on a sale-or-return basis. Returns are accepted only where goods are verified as defective and the claim meets the applicable policy conditions.

• Unsold products cannot be exchanged merely because they did not sell.
• Made-to-order, customised or specially produced goods cannot be returned or exchanged based on liking, preference, colour choice, slow sales or change of mind.
• Any defect claim must follow the Returns, Claims & Defective Goods Policy.

Order cancellation rights depend on order status, product type, payment status and whether stock has been allocated, materials procured, sampling approved or production started. Buyers should review the Wholesale Order Cancellation Policy.
