Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how wholesale orders are prepared for dispatch and how shipping responsibilities are handled for domestic and international buyers.

Shipping arrangements depend on the actual order, destination, packing requirement, carrier and commercial terms confirmed in writing.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all shipping and delivery-related charges are payable by the buyer. This may include:

• freight or courier charges;
• insurance if requested or required;
• fuel surcharge or carrier surcharge;
• remote-area or special handling charges;
• customs duties, import duties and destination-country taxes;
• brokerage, clearance, warehousing or handling charges;
• other carrier or destination charges outside the quoted product price.

Dispatch timing depends on the actual order type and status. Ready-stock orders may require stock confirmation, payment and packing before dispatch. Made-to-order, custom or private-label orders require production and approval stages before dispatch can be planned.

Any dispatch estimate should be treated as an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing for a specific transaction.

Transit time after dispatch depends on the carrier, destination, customs, local delivery network and events outside our direct control. Carrier estimates are not the same as a guaranteed delivery date.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate shipping and consignee information, including where relevant:

• full delivery address;
• contact person and phone number;
• postal or ZIP code;
• business or importer details;
• tax or registration details required for the shipment;
• any special delivery or documentation instructions.

Delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete buyer-provided information may be passed to the buyer.

Orders are packed according to the confirmed order and shipment requirements. Once handed to the selected carrier, transit is subject to that carrier’s network, tracking system, service limitations and terms.

Delivery may be delayed by weather, strikes, customs examination, documentation queries, carrier congestion, remote-area handling, public holidays, force majeure or other events outside our reasonable control.

International buyers should respond promptly to carrier or customs requests where importer action is required.

If a shipment arrives with visible transit damage, shortage or tampering, the buyer should document the parcel and contents immediately, preserve the packaging and contact us promptly with photographs, video where available, shipment details and a clear description of the issue.

For international shipments, customs procedures, import duties, taxes, brokerage, clearance and destination charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. See the International Shipping, Duties & Taxes Policy.
