This policy explains the general responsibility for international freight, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, clearance and destination-country charges on wholesale orders.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all shipping charges, taxes, duties and destination-country charges are payable by the buyer.
International buyers are responsible for costs that may arise because goods are shipped across borders, including where applicable:
Unless a quotation expressly says otherwise, quoted product prices should not be assumed to include international freight, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or destination charges.
Buyers should review the quotation and clarify the shipping basis before payment.
Import rules vary by destination and product. Buyers are responsible for understanding the import requirements that apply to them, including any registrations, permits, labelling rules, tax registrations, customs-broker requirements or other importer obligations.
Any product classification or documentation information supplied for an order should be reviewed against the actual goods and destination requirements.
Commercial invoices and shipment documents should reflect the actual transaction and goods. We do not support false declarations, artificial undervaluation, incorrect product descriptions or other requests intended to evade lawful taxes or duties.
Customs authorities or carriers may request additional information, payment or importer action. Buyers should respond promptly where the request relates to their import responsibility. Delays caused by customs examination, unpaid duties, incomplete importer information or local clearance processes are generally outside our direct control.
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed or returned because the buyer does not pay duties, taxes, clearance charges or provide required importer information, the related freight, return shipping, storage, brokerage, duty, tax or handling costs may remain payable by the buyer.
Duty, tax and customs charges are determined by destination-country rules, customs valuation, classification and local authorities or service providers. Any estimate should not be treated as a guaranteed final amount unless the responsible authority or provider confirms it.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, international shipping is payable by the buyer.
The buyer pays customs duties, import taxes, brokerage, clearance and destination-country charges unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Not unless the quotation expressly says they are included.
No. Shipment documents should reflect the actual transaction and goods.

No. Duties and taxes are determined by destination-country rules and relevant authorities or service providers.
The buyer is responsible for understanding and meeting destination-country importer requirements unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
