1. Shipping Overview
We ship orders across India and worldwide, including to the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, and other major destinations.
All parcels are carefully packed and shipped from our Lucknow headquarters, ensuring every handcrafted piece reaches you in perfect condition.

2. Order Processing Time
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.
- Made-to-Order or Customized Items: Can take 10–15 business days, depending on fabric availability and embroidery complexity.
- Bulk / Wholesale Orders: Dispatch depends on MOQ, customization, and dyeing requirements. Our team provides exact timelines during order confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Domestic Shipping (India)
- We offer Pan-India delivery through reputed logistics partners (Delhivery, DTDC, Bluedart, India Post).
- Tracking details are shared via email and WhatsApp once the order is shipped.
- Shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹2,000. For smaller orders or COD, a nominal fee applies.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) is available in select pin codes only.
4. International Shipping
We proudly serve global clients with reliable express shipping via DHL, Aramex, and FedEx.

- Calculated based on weight, destination, and courier tariffs.

Delivery Time

Customs Duties & Taxes
- Import duties, local taxes, or customs charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Wholesale / Bulk Shipments
For B2B and wholesale buyers, shipping methods and timelines differ:
- Domestic Wholesale: Transport, cargo, or courier based on order volume.
- International Wholesale: Air freight for smaller lots, sea shipment for large consignments.
- We assist with export documentation, invoice declaration, and HSN classification.
- Insurance and packaging reinforcement available upon request.
- For sea shipments, dispatch to delivery may take 20–35 working days depending on the destination port.
- Minimum order value for wholesale: ₹50,000.
6. Tracking & Notifications
- Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.

- For wholesale clients, shipment tracking and invoices are shared directly by our logistics team.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we aim for timely delivery, external factors like weather, customs, or courier delays may occasionally impact timelines.

8. Packaging & Safety

- We also offer white-glove packing service for premium and bridal orders.
9. Undelivered / RTO Orders
- If an order returns due to incorrect address, unreachable number, or failed delivery attempts, it will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin).
- Re-delivery is possible after paying the reshipment fee.
- Shipping and COD charges from the original shipment are non-refundable.
10. Shipping Insurance
- High-value orders and bulk consignments can be insured upon request.
- For uninsured parcels, Chikankari Wholesale is not liable for loss or damage after dispatch.
11. Pre-Orders & Custom Requests
- Pre-order or dye-to-order items have custom timelines (15–25 business days).
- Each product page mentions estimated dispatch duration.

12. Address Change Policy
- You can update your shipping address before dispatch only.
- Once an order has shipped, the courier cannot modify the delivery address.

14. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered:
